turning 60

Post by Ron Webb »

I turned 60 years old yesterday. Here are some of my goals for the next year.
Run 60 consecutive days of 6 miles or more.
run 60 miles in 6 days.
run a 19:00 minute 5K.
run a sub 40:00 10K.
run a 6 minute mile.
win my age group in a race.
loose 30 pounds & stay healthy so I have a chance to achieve these goals.
Run if you can. Stop if you must!

Happy Belated Birthday!! Been missing seeing you at the races!! Good Luck on these goals!! Hope you achieve all of them. But the most important one is to stay healthy
Somewhere , someone is training when you are not. When you race against them, they will beat you!
