July 19 Speed work : new time & location

Due to the under-whelming response by only the weak of mind or body to last week's sand bar run we will be returning to the DHS track tonight. Also starting time will be moved back to 7:30 to see if we can get the heat index to around a cool 100 before we start. Bring lots of water and lots of excuses.
