Greetings,

Long time no run! Canute will be back in town for about a week, starting August 8th - 16th and I of course am interested in at least a few runs with the old gang. Let me know when and where you guys are running and I'll try and be there. :)

Runs are in disarray at the moment. Sidewinder is hurt, Billy is fat, I am old, Carter is hurt. You should fit right in - nothing has changed.

The only constant right now is Tues speed work at DHS track at 7:30. I can't get anyone else to take charge so I have become the speed nazi by default.

I am running those almost 10 miler loops with Owen Kelly and Rick Zachary at 5am about 4 times a week.

My speedwork used to be on Wednesdays because of work.
