Hey Man...On-Line registration for the Dam Night Run 5k Reggae on DeGray is tomorrow (Friday, July 29th at 8:00pm) After that you will have to pay $30 to run in the race. (Famous Quote: •There was a Buffalo Soldier; In the heart of America; Stolen from Africa, brought to America; Fighting on arrival, fighting for survival.
Run for Life, Run for Health.

How was it this year? Any improvements over years past in regards to starting late and dangerous transportation?

They had 2 busses carrying ppl, they also had the big trucks again. It started about 8:10
Somewhere , someone is training when you are not. When you race against them, they will beat you!
