Ive had the privledge of traveling across the Pacific Ocean. I've had the joy of seeing my two children born into this world. I've experienced playing black jack with hall of fame baseball players in Vegas. But none of this will compare to when I get back enough and savor the thrill of crossing the finish line only to turn to see a certain head band, black singlet wearing hobby jogger finish in my dust.... my life will be complete at that point.. :D

To beat the Stallion you are going to need to get away from the Clydesdale to 5k training program

Now Michael, he may in fact be smarter than you think by following the Mills Plan. If you look at the Spa 10K there is a separate clydesdale division complete with separate awards. Bling is bling and if you tell a non-runner you finished first in your age group do you think they know enough to ask about weight divisions?

Stallion, starting on the 2nd or 3rd row is probably a better game plan than the previous year when you led the race. then we all passed you by mile 1.

I will talk to my "Coach" and see what he says about lining up. I am fully trained under the Clydesdale training plan and have entered as a Clydesdale for this particular race.

It takes a pretty lame pony to pick on an old horse who hadn't ran a Grand Prix race since 1983. But I guess that pony better keep running becouse there is one grey mare that will eventually put that stallion out to pasture.

Who is this Young Equestrian Lad called the Black Pony? Since he is so sure of himself against us more..... Mature Blood Lines, maybe he'd like to make a little wager for Dr. Witts trail race???? :hat

Geeez, all this hot air on the message board has me hyperventilating! But it did make me think of even another wager for the Black Pony. How bout the Animals vs the Has Beens??? You know, Black and Pink against the Billy Brothers! Combined times, lowest time wins Pizza Inn buffet??? How bout it, you ANIMALS up to the challenge??????

I know, my feelings are hurt.

Before the animals are silly enough to fall for the Billy Brothers bet they need to come to the Tues. speed work sessions and check out Clydesdale. He put in a pretty decent workout this evening. I am not sure the black shetland could have kept up.
