IT STARTED with THE ONE HR TRACK RUN on the campus of GOLDEN SUNS ATU IN THE RAIN COLD a lot of left turns who ever knew where this was going to take us

Now granted we be doing the same RACES IN 2012 But the outcome from these races as of yet have not been written waiting to be track in like fresh fallen snow ....
Speaking of snow we had 2 in 11 that was delayed because of snow and they both come in FEB Val. day 5k in Russellville and the 15k in LR /Burns Park . burrr it was cold at those races

some ran their 1st MARATHON Some ran their last, while some just started to run and sadly some past away so again what is your story there are A LOT MORE HIGHLIGHTS STAY TUNED. HAVE FUN POSTING

Thanks DON and THE CLUB OF CRC for adding one with your family As we celebrate Life we took time out in Loving Memory of Chase and HIS MOM Cheryl +one Sally a good friend of LT Who was struck down by a car while on a BIKE ride as we said our last good bye Then came OCT On the way to the CP in Fayetteville we came upon a wreck on 540 N between West Fork and Fayetteville a young lady was killed in awreck AS SHE WAS ON HER WAY to the CP

In MAY CAME THE TOAD SUCK DAYS 10K everyone who ran that day we all share a common bond ( VETS THIS ONE FOR YOU ) WE ALL DID THE SAME THING WHEN WE HEARD THE NEWS WITH GREAT PRAISE AND JOY Lunden was shot and killed by THE WROLD STRONGEST MILITARY we all know what we did that day

AND IN the end hard work and Endurance pays off In NOV after all the Races been ran , affter all the RACES Been Timed and after all the RACES were chip 17 MEMBERS of the RRCA call theirselfs IRON MEN AND WOMEN THIE highest CALSSS EVER some did back 2 back some did just their 1st one some did just to see how far they can actually go...
