It's that time again.
Time to sign up for the annual "Beat Goes On" 5k benefiting the Saline Memorial Hospital Health Foundation as well as the Heart and Vascular Services at the Hospital. If you are interested you can find a link on arkansasrunner.com or www.salinememorial.org. There is also online registration located on the hospitals site.

Day of $25
Fun challenging course with a long sleeve t-shirt to every participant. Awards will be something usable such as a pint glass or something similar.

It's almost time....
The weather is looking nice for a pre Little Rock Marathon 5k. Come on out and help support a great cause. There are over 700 registrations turned in so far so it's looking to be a great race. Hope to see you all there. We will have a Saline County Striders tent set up out front if anyone wants to hang out before, during, or after the race.
