2mile 5 to 9 age group state secord

According to the arkansasrunner.com State LDR Records it appears my Grandson. Garett Webb just broke the 2 mile record at the chase race.
The old record was 13.06.28 and Garett ran 13:00.4

I'm glad to say I messed up that tousled mop of hair for good luck before the gun and was there to see the finish. The boy is fast!
(He also has been signed to an extended Melonvine contract.)

I suspect 36:40 for three generations of runners in the same 2 mile race would be a record also.
