Who's running the beast? Pretty sure I'm in this year. I'm going to run it w/ one of my clients.

Geeeez.... One mention of a wager and the thread goes DEAD! Come on RLASG, you know fat boys have trouble gettin up hills! :doh!: Lets hear your wager, how bout me and Dsmack against you and your client??? I'm to fat to get up the hills and he can't run in heat, or was it in the heat??? And Sidewinder and Pink, what's your wager??? I would challenge Michael and Carter, but I don't think any of us are good enough at math to figure the time bonus we'd need! :bow

Clydesdale, you sure you want me for a partner? You looked at my times from the last couple of races? Father Time and Mother Nature have apparently come to visit in the same year. But then again, this is the race where RLAG traded that name for TOHL.

I'm puzzled - you can't talk trash on this board if you can't back it up?

I guess I will have to read the conditions of use again - I must have missed that one.

As for me, I keep gettin my butt kicked by runners that don't do speedwork! I think for now I'll concentrate on gettin in as many miles as I can a week at a good pace and wait till the fall when it cools off to get back to the speed. Anyway, I didn't find it that hard yesterday to have all the speed I needed to be ahead of most everyone I had in mind to beat, my problem was my 6.19 first mile was followed up by a 6.33, 6.47, then a couple of 7+ miles!!! :doh!:

RLAG: As far as I know 6 pm at Bona Dea is this week's plan. However, I agree that with the weather heating up it is time to move it back to 7 and to DHS track. It was still 87 at 6:30 tonight at the bench trail.

I plan on being there tonight. I heard the triathlete part of the group will be swimming. Decided to ditch Mt. Magazine and do the GO! MIle instead...

Yeah, I"m down for uping the time to 7 and getting back on the rubber.
