Don't know how fast you'd be, but you wouldn't be back in the pack with this Fat Boy!

My problem was inviting Billy to run with me, myself and I. The three of us had planned on a pace of aroune 8 min. per mile. Clydesdale shows up, runs the first 4 at about 8:45, them goes into 7:30 pace for the next 10. I was so far behind that I had to run the last 2 that fast just to catch up with him. Maybe if you show up we can keep the pace where a long run should be.

Ah yes, it's a new year and racing season is fast approaching. I see that Santa has delivered an abundant supply of new excuses and ability to engage in idle drivel to all members of this fine thread. It's nice to see that the Mayan's were wrong and the world is still on its correct axis.
