Bill Torrey Race Director of the Year award

Belated announcement but this seems like a perfect time to make it: The Arkansas RRCA Long Distance Running Committee voted in February to rename the Race Director of the Year Award. From now on it will be known as the Bill Torrey Race Director of the Year.
Bill Torrey and all race directors of Arkansas RRCA races are eligible to be nominated for this award. Nominations will be accepted starting September 1, 2013 and voting will take place starting two weeks later.
If you didn't know, Bill Torrey is the race director of the Capital City Classic 10k which will be April 6.
