Although I have not run one single Grand Prix race this year, I definitely plan to be back to racing them next year (at least the longer distance races) . I also absolutely love the logo.

Joe, it's not definite yet but the group that has been meeting every once in a while by the Metropolitan Bank on N Rodney Parham may become a more permanet thing on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I will give you a call to let you know when I find out.

I skipped the run this morning and ran this afternoon. I got up to a whole 4 miles!! I think it definitely helped but it is still sore. We'll get there.
