River Valley Run Course Elevation?
Hey I'm wondering what the 1/2 marathon course is like for the River Valley Run on November 6. Mostly flat? Lots of hills? Rolling hills? Thanks.

There are a couple rolling hills, but it's mostly flat with gradual inclines and declines. There is one "hill" that you come to in miles 3 and 10 (rough estimate, I'll look up the exact mileages when I'm not on my phone) that's short and tough, but you're quickly rewarded with a nice downhill. All-in-all, nothing worrisome--and that says a lot because I'm a wimp when it comes to hills. Hope to see you there!

Okay, after looking at the map, the rolling hills start at miles 1.6/8.0, and the big "hill" (which, like I said, is nothing compared to the hills for say, Hogeye or Spa, it can be called a hill because the rest of the course is relatively flat) is at mile 3.6/9.9. The rest of the course is the slightest of inclines and declines. Hope this helps!
