50K Run on Bona Dea Nov 13th 2010 8am.

November 13th We're hosting a 50k (thats right 31 miles) on Bona Dea Trails...a little less than 10 laps...as part of the ultra trails series...
Starts at 8am...aid stations every 3 1/2 miles....NO Entry FEE...Surprise Awards...lol Any questions holler at me. 479-857-4527.

Yep.....just you 2 need an 8pm start so you'll be done by the cut off time...LOL

The Judge is making a new honey beer from his bee farm....
Silly Billy was so Nilly....Couldn't run the Nebo Hilly....lol

Don't know where this idea came from because I haven't said anything about it. Also, my "bee farm" consist of only 1 hive at the moment and I didn't get any honey this last summer from that.

Drama - what's that? Running with the RVR folks and reading this board have left me unprepared to recoginze "drama" when I see it I guess. :mrgreen:

Tom, Thanks for leading such a great race! All of the volunteers (PT, Danny Bounds, Stan Ferguson, and the guy sleeping at the cone (LOL) and others were great!) The runners who focus on ultra running seem to be a different breed of folks; just laid back, focused and friendly! Thanks everyone!
