One Hour Track Run

Post by cknott »

I sure wish I could do my track run in Fayetteville tomorrow. They're talking winter weather possible and I don't want to be on I-540. I could have someone count my laps, and I would never cheat. :bow

Okay, just finished age grading the results to see if there was any effect on the team scores. As it turns out, LRRC still won handily and RVR was still dead last.
You were asking about the female competition, right?

LOL Brian. I guess you see that I was the only lady ex-RVR runner running, huh? LOL.....Well RVR ladies are in a re-building year so we'll get back into the game next year. As for this year, all I can say is.....GO AURA Ladies and RVR Men!
