As per the reminders you've seen in your email, tonight's meeting will be our bi-annual Wild Game and Fish Fest at the home of Randy Robinson. We will also hold our regular monthly meeting. The agenda items that have requested as of this morning are:
1. A motion and proposed vote on the Jamey Johnson Promotional Tent project.
2. Proposals for a team mascot and possible logo re-design.
3. Financial report
4. Discussion of HLE group runs and assessment of whether or not another Group Run Ambassador needs to be appointed for the month of May.
