2010 Iron Woman Mary Jo French died yesterday from a fatal cycling accident at the Ranch Ride.
You might remember her from her Iron season last year, which inspired many people. Always smiling and appreciating life, she was a cancer survivor and a great person and I consider myself lucky to have met her and briefly known her. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
Jess keep all of us posted do we need to send flowers and who Just keep us posted AND LT you may or may not be close to her but if you was I know you must be in a lot of pain for this is your 2nd round the THOUGHT OF PM this message did come across and I am not for sure if I did the right thing..this has been a sad year.

I saw her at the races last year, but sadly I didn't know her name. She would always smile and speak. I did not know her personally, but this is a great loss to the running community and the world in general. May the Good Lord be with her family and friends.
