We are about a week away from the race and you still have plenty of time to get registered. We are getting several returning runners and are excited about having the race chipped timed. The Rotary club members are getting their best chili and potato soup recipes out and will have it ready to eat after the race. Maybe we will get a dusting of snow on top of the mountain like last year.......look forward to seeing everyone.

Trail report:

Did 8 miles at noon with PoDog on the bench trail. State Parks folks have been on the road with a blade this week and with a blower. Trail is clear of leaves and in good shape -remember it is a TRAIL run and there will be ruts, some mud, water, etc. Unless there is torrential rain this pm it should be in great shape for Saturday.

Thanks for the update David! It will be just right Saturday morning. I will be on it tomorrow afternoon getting the mile markers set up and will give another update. Let me know if you want to go around it again.
