HOUR RUN JAN 22 2012.

Post by sidewinder »

Let get the Grand Prix fired up and running.....with all this mild weather we should all be flying....should be some awefully good times, that Macs timing carpet get to work over time...

In the Hour Run I have changed the pace to sub- 8.20 and over.....I would like to see equal numbers in the 2 sections.....Chip Timing (Macs timing) :hat
Its at Tech's track again....and the bathrooms will be warm and some showers and more than likely Chilly and other goodies....Hoping to get 200 plus this year....and pray for no snow/rain.... :ohyeah:
Silly Billy was so Nilly....Couldn't run the Nebo Hilly....lol

Last year a lot of faster runners filled the slow heat cause they wanted to go home. If this happens again this year can we slower runners just walk off and invade the fast heat?lol

If you are really gonna run 8 min pace or better then you don't need in heat 1. It looked like a zoo last year in heat 1 with over 100 runners.[/quote]

Final One Hour Results on line at http://www.macsrts.com/2012_mrts_results.htm There were about 20 changes where participants moved up with the "extra" feet. Of course that meant that people moved down...sorry.
