COLD AIR — Does your chest tighten when you run?
Does anyone have any thoughts on cold-weather running for an ActiveStyle cover story ? Specifically, many people have a hard time getting enough air into their lungs when it's frigid. Do you? If not, why doesn't it affect you? Is there a solution?

Hi Bobby, I think that the cold air doesn't really bother regular runners' chest or lungs, because we are out there most every day and gradually get used to it as the weather gets colder. People that do not run have asked me how I could stand the cold air, and "doesn't it hurt your lungs to breathe it in?" sorts of questions.
