2012 Arkansas Grand Prix Team

Post by DFLRunner »

It's that time again!

Time to sign up for the Arkansas Ultra Running Association Team.

Guys, the women have kicked dirt in our faces. So if you haven't signed up for a team, please consider signing up for the AURA team.

Congrats, again, to the Dirty Girls for finishing second place in the Grand Prix.

Let's start a list of who has registered or will be registering as a Team AURA runner.

Thanks!

Thanks for signing up, PT!

I signed up today.

I didn't see anybody else for the men's team...yet. Come on guys! Represent at the One Hour Track Run!

It's just like running the trails...except flat...and no limbs....and no rocks...and goes in circles...repeatedly. But other than that it's just like trail running!

So come on and sign up!

Unfortunately, I will not be able to make the one hour track run... but should be able to make the 5k in Feb.

It was mention on the trip to Houston that the AURA Women were the Dirty Girls, and the men need some kind of title... to start off the debate, how do this should...

The AURA Dirty Girls and Dusty Old Men???

Other suggestions are most welcome... I'm easy and will go with whatever you guys would like, including no name at all for us...

However, we do need to come up with some shirts... :ohyeah:

PT. Michael can get with me and get the shirts taken care of any new AURA men's team runners. You need to work on a couple of our buddies to join us. I will not call them out by name on in this forum.

As far as a team name goes I will be pondering on that subject for a day or two.

I signed up again. The first GP race I'll probabably be able to do is the RT15k.

If we are ordering new shirts, I'd like to get a smaller sized singlet. Or better yet a few temporary tattoos that I can just plaster on my chest when I run shirtless once summer hits. ;)

YES I want to be cheering on some AURA pink on the men's team! Yay Jesse! My favorite runner in PINK and there's a lot of cuties out there to compete against. Smiles.
