There was something about that hat that brought him to l live his nose was made of coal and had a cornpipe he be back some day
I may not have a black magic hat or a corn pipe and my nose may not have been made out of coal. BUT I do have this among others
MY running JERSEY IS BLACK nothing Magical about it MY FEET ARE MADE OUT OF ASICS they have ran over hills of snow snow coverd roads someday they will say look at Black Stallion he sure can go. I be back someday to RUN and play 10k s and marathons above the rest TO RUN AGAIN SOMEDAY .....
2012 RUNNING season HAS not been going as plan but that is life itself dont know what tomorrow is going to bring and it is post to be hard if it was eazy every one be doing it I be at RACES to cheer

on my fellow friends and WORTHY RUNNERS because A RACE WOULD NOT BE A RACE WITHOUT YOUR FRIENDS

AND WHEN I DO RETURN I may just bring the wrath of god with me
but until then enjoy the show

You bet I CAN and on a good day I can do ALL. 3 in a 5k and in a 10 k I CAN DO ALL 6 mile timers

At times BLACK STALLION. Can. Run A 10k turn around do a 5k And still have time to beat the pinky pink kitten up mt GRAND FATHER before she reaches mile 3

Going home Fri july 13 after the Tues july 10 surgery not for sure when i can run again but not with this tube i be attach to for 3 weeks and on a Liquid diet ....
