I heard that! I had to run solo in the mornings many times when Aspel didn't show or Owen Kelly was on call. Maybe I could bang on your door to run. LOL....just kidding. Nobody should be up at 5am freezing to death and dodging hospital traffic on Skyline.....LOL

You will get back into shape and spank the competition before you know it!

Shoot you're only a rookie and complaining....lmao... let me tell you a little story and freezing cold mornings and 5am.....lol before there was the weather channel.......NAW lol....if I sleep in I ain't worried about busting my ass to catch up like I would do years ago.....sorry... you can endure like some of us older than dirt people used to.....you can handle it....
And you should have gone hilltop not skyline ....hehehe to avoid the traffic....and its nuclear plant and tyson traffic....not hospital.... gee can't believe you ratted on yourself......

I can handle it, I just don't like it! And who cares where the traffic is coming from as long as it doesn't run me over. I ran even though I was alone and cold and MY COACH normally would say that was GOOD so what was your excuse????? THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY BLACK STALION HERE . this is a conspiracy I ask for an inquirey TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS unjust entry. the charges aganist Pink Panther 1 count for ID theft 1 count of stealling while in use. 1 count of unlawfull entry. 1 count each of complaining about the traffic and cold. And 2 counts each for disrepectfull towards SR RUNNERS . JUDGE Dmac if found guilty of the charges what will be your verdict. for the PINK PANTHER.

LMAO.l.......please Judge...show MERCY on a rookie! I was only defending myself against the attacks of my elders and Stallion was using the message board right next to me! As his teacher, I felt as though I could take over his program if not for a short time. LOL

If I am charged with a Felony Running Board conviction, will you consider espongement if I do pennance by continuing to run with old RVR men? LOL

YOU purposely took a name that was not yours JUDGE I ask a inquirey to this matter see if there were not others in this conspirecy and see who else might be envoled I ask for all files to be turn over on this matter. This could be another WHITE WATER or a notrious scandle. was there tapes, and a paper trail ? alot of questions that dosen't have answers for.

What happened Monday? That turned into a speed workout with the last 2 1/2 being under 6:45 and closer to 6:30 !! If that's not speed (at least for me and the fat guy) tell me what u consider speed.

who is Jamie Hout? And why are you guys talking about speed when i posted that like a million years ago? I just wanted tempo on monday and keep my bpm between 170-176 and that's what i did. I'm training smart now...not going out trying to race anyone in practice.
