I was enjoying the tempo run on Tuesday at Bona Dea that I was doing with Carter and Cheryl. Then we went to the track a couple of days later and did our speed workout. We had 5 there last week and all of them were faster than me. (so you know Billy wasn't there). Had my fastest quarters in a long time. Gaston, I would be up for a Bench Trail run on Thursday. Especially if it rains.

Well did it rain? Was it a full moon? Geez, some people must have galactic alignment to come run with us these days! Are you sure your name isn't Obama???

True, but what happened to her Tuesday during quarter repeats?

As I hear it we were warming up to fast.

I didnt know u guys were doing quarters. I can keep up with u on a track but u wouldve lost me out there so i went to dnelle track and did some. Not a fan of intervals on the bench unless its mile repeats.

Well your in luck girl! Next week, 7pm at Dardanelle track. 13 x in and out quarters I hope.

I did not know just how long it has been since my last visit ON this ROLLERCOASTER if you will

it look like we are going to have multy INVESTAGATIONS
(1) did some one threat a judge on his place card did any one catch that hum
(2) was a lawyer from LR held in attempt for for not moving along
(of course he is not here to defend theirself )
(3) could a certin judge be acused of abusive power
(4) and the one who started this all be charge of false statements by starting something they could not finish on this thread ... talking about your HATFIELDS AND YOUR McCOYS .................
