Ladies we need to get together to talk about next years team. Will we be able to field a team at every race? If we worked this out so it doesn't fall on the same people every race then it shouldn't be much of a committment on any one runner. You don't have to be fast; you just have to finish to help the team. We need to decide before the Grand Prix deadline so members can make informed decisions about which team they should register with for next year.
Some new strategies are emerging to beat the "Evil LR Empire" LOL and I'm looking at my options. There's a lot of recruiting going on right now.
I am Russellville loyal but I want to win too! We could do a Sunday lunch somewhere maybe. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I can't commit to anything. Got other priorities right now with the new career, 3 year old, etc... I'll show up when I can though. Sorry I can't offer any more consistancy. Too bad you weren't with us in 2009. I was a regular at the races and in a lot better shape
I hope heaven is measured in miles...

Thanks Amy! I wish I had been with you guys in 2009 too. I think we have a lot of great runners in Russellville but they all are active in a multitude of things besides running. Some are into other sports and of course family, careers and life in general prevents most of us from being at every race. I hope to see you at a race or two and hope that the Russellville women don't give me too hard a time if I'm running for another club.
Merry Christmas and may at least one of your running routes be white this season!
