Thanks to everyone that has been praying for me during my current health issue. My scheduled "routine" 30-minute laparoscopic gallbladder surgery two days after the SPA 10K had many complications which required 2 1/2 hours of open incision surgery. I was in St. Vincent Hot Springs for eight days. Now that I am home my recovery is going well. See you back on the roads and trails this spring! David Samuel

So glad you posted and that you are improving and recovering. Heal up completely and get back to the roads and trails when you can.
