I met a Tracy at the track workout this evening and she was too fast to catch up and talk too. She was the 3rd fastest leading the laps when I was there-too hot to wait until they finished. I wanted to know if she was a member etc.....

Well I was there but 1-2 min. late and saw some take off and did not try to follow due to not knowing course. For the record....had a good run anyway in my neighborhood, was running along in the dark quiet morning when heard a hoof stomping crowd behind me-in a flash of wind caught a glimpse of Imar...
