As I sit here wide awake and somewhat hyperactive at 7:55 p.m., I'm telling myself that I will wake up tomorrow morning at 4:30 and run with the PV group. As much as I like running with them, getting up that early is easier said than done. I never know if I'll be there until I'm actually there.

Well there were 4 of us this morning. Harold,Howard, Bill and myself (John). The injured ones are working our way back into it. Jenny is on her way back recovering too.

I skipped the run this morning and ran this afternoon. I got up to a whole 4 miles!! I think it definitely helped but it is still sore. We'll get there.

I met a Tracy at the track workout this evening and she was too fast to catch up and talk too. She was the 3rd fastest leading the laps when I was there-too hot to wait until they finished. I wanted to know if she was a member etc.....
