I signed up again. The first GP race I'll probabably be able to do is the RT15k.

If we are ordering new shirts, I'd like to get a smaller sized singlet. Or better yet a few temporary tattoos that I can just plaster on my chest when I run shirtless once summer hits.

The enter button on my Forerunner 305 has stopped working. Which makes it hard to use. At least it is stuck in running mode, which is the one I use the most. I don't suppose anyone knows of a good online deal for one? The best I can find is $138 w/ free shipping from Amazon.

I'll tell you what I was told in March by my doctor when I had the same issue. Don't run for six weeks at all. Then go run for 3 miles. If it doesn't hurt you can start running again no more than 15 miles a week and no longer than 3-5 miles at a time for the next month. After that you can start buil...
