The one week i try so dang hard to fit you guys in and you ditch intervals for Nebo. Guess you'll just have to wait longer to be in the presence of greatness... :bow :bow :bow

Sounds like a maybe.....snif/snif.... Think we're doing intervals at Bona Dea tonight 4.30ish???
Silly Billy was so Nilly....Couldn't run the Nebo Hilly....lol

Hey Amy, maybe we can get together today about 4.30 or so, I'll hollar at the gang to wrustle up some business. You missed a good run up the mtn yesterday! We have a new disturbance in the Force! :shock: I'm hopin we start doin Nebo on Wed.s, and ints the Fri or Sat.s we don't have races, I need more miles to work off Big Belly! :lol:

4:30 at Bona Dea sounds good as long as its not raining. Me and the
wicked witch of the west have problems with running in the rain.

Type of run to be determined. Monday was an "easy" day and some
guy that claims to have a big belly and be slow turned it into a race for 6 miles. :shock:

Let's get a group together to run today at Bona Dea, 5pm. Medium pace(which means JNobleDagget can lead it) medium distance. I know I'll be there, chime in.
